Where do I sign up?

Before you can vote in elections you must be registered. Don’t worry, it’s an easy process.

If you live in Northern Ireland, just contact the Electoral Office on 0800 4320 712 and they will send you a form and explain what you have to do. Alternatively, you can download a form from www.eoni.org.uk.

Elsewhere in the UK, you can get in touch with your local electoral registration officer. They are usually located in your local council offices and will be able to tell you whether or not you’re registered. If you’re not, you’ll be given a registration form to fill in and return.

To make things even easier, you can find your local council’s details and download a registration form at www.aboutmyvote.co.uk.
