Why wouldn’t you care? If you have views and opinions about what’s going on in this country and the wider world then getting involved, whether that means voting or something else, is your chance to make your opinions known.
What do you really feel passionate about? Climate change? Conflict around the world? Poverty? The health service? All these things and more are likely to affect you or the people you know, and they’re all connected to politics in some way.
So maybe it’s time to take part and do something. After all, simply putting a cross on a piece of paper can help to change the future of your country.
