Lord Wallace, Liberal Democrat Peer, answers the question: 'What do you think of Alex Salmond's proposal to allow 16 and 17-year-olds to vote in the referendum on Scottish independence?'

He suggests the UK Parliament should consider whether under-18s should be able to vote in all elections, not just the referendum on Scottish independence.
