YEMEN'S HUMANITARIAN CRISIS

That this House recognises the humanitarian catastrophe that is occurring in Yemen two years after the outbreak of civil war; notes that since the conflicts beginning over 10,000 civilians have died and 14 million do not have access to any healthcare; further notes that Yemen is faced with the worst cholera crisis in the world with over 300,000 people affected and over 2,000 deaths in 23 of Yemen's 24 provinces; commends the brave work carried out on the ground by organisations such as Medicines Sans Frontiers and Islamic Relief; and calls on the Government to take urgent action in Yemen to address the spread of cholera and work towards achieving a ceasefire with a UN resolution.
