That this House congratulates Motability for reaching its 40th anniversary and for providing over four and a half million scheme vehicles; recognises the importance of Motability in helping disabled people, their families and friends have increased mobility and independence; and commends all those involved in the creation and continued support of this vital scheme, including Her Majesty the Queen, Chief Patron.
