    That this House notes that the sands at Morecambe Bay can be a dangerous place without correct supervision; further notes that there have been two major rescues from the sands in the month of June 2013; further notes that Her Majesty's Guide to the Sands is Cedric Robinson MBE; and urges anyone who wishes to cross the sands to contact Cedric and participate in one of his guided tours to ensure that those wishing to cross the sands do so safely.
