TRIBUTE TO PAUL MCKEEVER

That this House is deeply saddened by the death of Paul McKeever; notes his outstanding work as Chairman of the Police Federation at a time of great change in the police; further notes his remarkable talent for public speaking; commends the commitment he showed to improving policing, both as Chairman and as a police officer for over 30 years; and extends its condolences to his family and those who knew him for their tragic loss.
