SELF-EMPLOYMENT

That this House believes that barriers to self-employment should be removed to encourage entrepreneurism and business growth; and calls on the Government to reverse IR35 which makes it complicated and burdensome for individuals to prove to HM Revenue and Customs that they are self-employed, at the earliest opportunity.
