PROPOSALS FOR COMPOSITION OF BOTH HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT

That this House notes that since the Conservative-Liberal Democrat Government has been elected, the size of the House of Lords, the unelected chamber, is already growing while plans are afoot to diminish the size of this House, the elected chamber; and further notes that the Westminster Parliament will have a diminished democratic element in the coming years.
