THIRTY YEAR RULE REVIEW

That this House notes the Dacre Report on the 30 year rule; endorses its recommendations; and proposes that Her Majesty's Royal Address should include those recommendations suitably amended to set a new limit for disclosure at 20 years and to include some proper allowance for Cabinet Ministers and the Royal Family.
