That this House congratulates Liverpool Football Club and its fans on their historic fifth European Cup victory; notes that the team's performance and the fans' behaviour were a credit to the club, city and country; and calls on UEFA to ensure that both Everton and Liverpool are allowed to enter next season's Champions League.
