    That this House condemns the irresponsible and divisive comments of BBC journalists in describing Scottish honourable and Right honourable Members as being part of a 'Scottish raj' which is ruling the country; and calls on the senior management of the BBC to apologise unreservedly for this insulting, outdated and snobbish attitude to life in a modern UK.
