    That this House welcomes the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council's launch of its Investing in Knowledge campaign, designed to create new and enticing routes to the collections of museums, archives and libraries so that everyone has access to the knowledge and information they need to shape their lives; acknowledges the contribution that museums, archives and libraries make to the cultural fabric of the United Kingdom. in terms of learning, regeneration and social inclusion; applauds the work that the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council has undertaken to enhance the profile of these resources; and urges the Government to ensure that museums, archives and libraries receive adequate funding to carry on their excellent work across a variety of fields.
