  • Session: 2002-03
  • Date tabled: 19.12.2002
  • Primary sponsor: Taylor, Teddy
  • Sponsors:

after 'House', insert 'bitterly regrets the decision to join the European Union in 1973; deplores the wholesale undermining of democracy which has stemmed from it; resents the inability of the EU to reform scandalous and wasteful policies like the CAP; is ashamed that the EU accounts have not been signed by the auditors for years; believes that there is no reputable international organisation which makes no provision for the withdrawal from membership of member states; and offers its congratulations and good wishes to the people of Norway and Switzerland which, despite a mass of ridiculous propaganda, had the courage to retain their freedom and liberty.
