    That this House welcomes the creation of the United Kingdom-based charity Bangladesh Medical Relief Foundation; and applauds its achievements in establishing a 150 bed hospital in Beanibazar, Sylhet which is a local point for many surrounding villages, and its aims to create a further 100 beds, to set up other medical centres, mobile medical units, an eye camp, a blood transfusion centre and a family planning centre which will assist local communities to increase their awareness of and access to health facilities and health care programmes.
