That this House believes that disabled people should have the same right of access as non-disabled people and warmly welcomes Left Out, Scope's report on access for disabled people; calls on Ministers, the new Disability Rights Commission and business to ensure that urgent action is taken to publicise the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Part III and implement solutions to overcome access barriers in public services, local shops, restaurants, banks, other commercial services and organisations; and urges honourable Members to ensure all constituents are able to access the political process, their surgeries and public meetings by engaging in dialogue with local disabled people and organisations.
