    That this House, noting that anti-personnel land mines have killed or severely injured at least one million people in the last 20 years, many of them children, applauds the calls made by Diana, Princess of Wales, for a world-wide ban on the manufacture, stock-piling or export of anti-personnel mines; and urges Her Majesty's Government to campaign for a world-wide ban.
