    That this House congratulates Manchester United FC on its magnificent achievement in winning the League and Cup double, only the fourth club to have done so this century; and furthermore congratulates the manager, the team and all at Old Trafford on what has been an outstanding season and a very worthy tribute to the memory of the late Sir Matt Busby.
