That this House calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to undertake an immediate review of the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960, which remains in urgent need of a complete overhaul and to bring it into line with the legislation governing other health professions enabling patients readily to identify practitioners registered under the Act, by giving effective protection to the titles used by practitioners so registered.
