    That this House joins with all other parliaments throughout the Commonwealth in the observance of Commonwealth Day on Monday 12th March and in recognising that the Commonwealth continues to play an important role in promoting international co-operation and stability in a rapidly changing world; and notes that within the Commonwealth, the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association continues to serve the interests of Members by spreading knowledge and understanding of parliamentary democracy throughout the Commonwealth.
