In the Spring Budget, the Chancellor announced a significant investment in technical education for 16 to 19-year olds, rising to an additional £500 million a year. Funding for education places for 16 to 19-year olds in England is allocated directly to providers by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) in all areas of the country; this will include the additional T levels funding.
