To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 19 September 2017 to Question 9963, how much has been paid from the public purse to the Behavioural Insights Team for each project.

The project to increase demand for technical education was commissioned by BIS and is ongoing. The contract value is £220,038.

The project to support the communication of the apprenticeships levy and conduct a small scale trial is complete. £208,500 was paid to the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT).

The project to encourage high ability students to apply to the best universities was undertaken by the BIT on a pro-bono basis. £1,056 was paid to the BIT to enable access to data to evaluate their approach.
