Barony of Russell of Liverpool in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Clerk of the Parliaments was directed to enter the Lord Russell of Liverpool on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).

14 Financial Services Bill After debate, the bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 147JA. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed after clause 25, as amended, was agreed to.

The Grand Committee reported that it had considered the draft Regulations.
