Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of Liverpool.
The Lord Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Portal Lord Archbishop of Canterbury was introduced between the Lord Archbishop of York and the Lord Bishop of London, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
