Minutes of Proceedings

Prayers were read by the Lord Bishop of Birmingham.
The Lord Bishop of Worcester John Geoffrey Lord Bishop of Worcester was introduced between the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury and the Lord Bishop of Birmingham, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
Leave of Absence Leave of absence was granted to the following members of the House for the remainder of this Parliament:

Rookery South (Resource Recovery Facility) Order 2011 The Chairman of Committees reported that he had appointed the following Lords to form the Committee to join with a Committee appointed by the Commons as the Joint Committee to which the Petitions of General Objection and Petitions of Amendment against the Rookery South (Resource Recovery Facility) Order 2011 stand referred:

It was ordered that the Committee have power to agree with the Committee appointed by the Commons in the appointment of a Chairman and that a message be sent to the Commons.
