11 Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
12 Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
13 Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012 Lord Freud moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

18 Equality Act 2010 (Age Exceptions) Order 2012 Baroness Verma moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 25 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.
19 House of Lords (Cessation of Membership) Bill [HL] Baroness Anelay of St Johns signified the Queen's Consent. Then the bill was read a third time and passed. The bill was sent to the Commons.
20 Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time. An amendment was agreed to and a privilege amendment was agreed to. Then the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.
21 Electoral Registration and Administration Bill Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
22 Trusts (Capital and Income) Bill [HL] The bill was reported from the Special Public Bill Committee without amendment.
23 Trusts (Capital and Income) Bill [HL] The proceedings (with evidence) of the Special Public Bill Committee were ordered to be printed. (HL Paper 42)
24 Local Government Finance Bill The bill was reported from the Grand Committee with amendments. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 39)
