Electoral Registration Data Schemes (No. 2) Order 2012 Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Insolvency and Dissolution) Regulations 2012 Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

11 Electricity and Gas (Energy Companies Obligation) Order 2012 Lord Gardiner of Kimble, on behalf of Baroness Verma, moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
12 Justice and Security Bill [HL] The report was received. Amendments 1, 9 and 15 were disagreed to (see division lists 1 to 3). An amendment was agreed to. Further consideration on report was adjourned.
13 Church of England Marriage (Amendment) Measure The Lord Bishop of Bath and Wells moved that this House do direct that, in accordance with the Church of England Assembly (Powers) Act 1919, the Church of England Marriage (Amendment) Measure be presented to Her Majesty for the Royal Assent. The motion was agreed to.

14 Justice and Security Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 16. An amendment was agreed to. Further consideration on report was adjourned after amendment 30.
