National Health Service: Liverpool Care Pathway A question was asked by Baroness Knight of Collingtree and answered by Earl Howe.
Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Bill [HL] Lord Wallace of Tankerness presented a bill to make provision about the prosecution in Scotland of partnerships, partners and others following dissolution or changes in membership. It was read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 51)

Crime and Courts Bill [HL] Lord Taylor of Holbeach moved that the Crime and Courts Bill [HL] be recommitted to a Committee of the Whole House in respect of Schedules 16 and 17. The motion was agreed to.
Statute Law (Repeals) Bill [HL] Lord McNally moved that the bill be now read a second time. The motion was agreed to and the bill was referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills.
10  Armed forces Lord Astor of Hever moved that this House takes note of the role of the armed forces and their contribution to the United Kingdom. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
11  Planning Baroness Hanham moved that this House takes note of Her Majesty's Government's policies on planning. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
12 Trees: British ash tree A question was asked by the Earl of Selborne and, after debate, answered by Lord De Mauley.
