Business of the House Lord Hill of Oareford moved that if the Jobseekers (Back to Work Schemes) Bill has been read a second time, Standing Order 46 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day ) be dispensed with on Monday 25 March to allow the Bill to be taken through all its remaining stages that day. The motion was agreed to.
Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Conditional Cautions: Code of Practice) Order 2013 Baroness Anelay of St Johns, on behalf of Lord McNally, moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 9 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.
Amendments to Schedule 6 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 Order 2013 Baroness Anelay of St Johns, on behalf of Lord McNally, moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 11 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11 Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2013 Lord Taylor of Holbeach moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 25 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.
12 Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 25 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.
13 Non-Domestic Rating (Levy and Safety Net) Regulations 2013 Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 14 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.
14 Growth and Infrastructure Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 49C. Amendment 50 was agreed to (see division 1). Amendments were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 92)
15 Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill Baroness Anelay of St Johns signified the Queen's consent. The bill was read a third time. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 7 was disagreed to (see division 2). Then the bill was passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.
