Justice: indeterminate sentences A question was asked by Lord Lloyd of Berwick and answered by Lord McNally.
Schools: parenthood education A question was asked by Lord Northbourne and answered by Lord Hill of Oareford.
Nigeria: violence A question was asked by Baroness Berridge and answered by Baroness Warsi.
Civil Aviation Bill The bill was read a third time and passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.
NHS Commissioning Board: Mandate Earl Howe repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
Crime and Courts Bill [HL] The bill was considered in Committee (on re-commitment in respect of Schedules 16 and 17). Amendments were considered. The House resumed.
10 European Union: gender diversity on boards (EUC Report) A question was asked by Baroness O’Cathain and, after debate, answered by Baroness Stowell of Beeston.
11 Crime and Courts Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee (on re-commitment in respect of Schedules 16 and 17), beginning with amendment 23. Amendments were considered. The bill was reported without amendment.
