Public Business

Health: breast cancer A question was asked by Baroness Morgan of Drefelin and answered by Earl Howe.
Railways: theft A question was asked by Lord Faulkner of Worcester and answered by Lord Henley.
House of Lords: reform A question was asked by Lord Grocott and answered by Lord McNally.
European Union: credit rating agencies A question was asked by Lord Foulkes of Cumnock and answered by Lord Sassoon.
Sovereign Grant Bill Lord Shutt of Greetland signified the Prince of Wales's consent. Then Lord Sassoon moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the committee was negatived. Then, Standing Order 46 having been dispensed with, the bill was read a third time and passed.
London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (Amendment) Bill Baroness Garden of Frognal moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee.
Energy Bill [HL] The Explanatory Notes on the Commons Amendments were printed in accordance with Standing Order 50. (HL Bill 97)
