Carry-over Bills 2012-13 to 2013-14

30 April 2013

Five bills have been carried-over in the House of Commons from the 2012-13 session to the 2013-14 session.

If a carry-over motion is agreed a Bill will resume progress in the new session without having to start from the beginning.

The following Bills have been carried-over to the 2013-14 session.

Children and Families Bill 2012-13 to 2013-14

Energy Bill 2012-13 to 2013-14

Finance Bill 2012-13 to 2013-14

The Finance (No. 2) Bill 2012-13 was the second Finance Bill in 2012-13, but is the first Finance Bill of 2013-14 and therefore no longer has 'No.2' in the title.

Financial Services (Banking Reform) Bill 2012-13 to 2013-14

Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Bill 2012-13 to 2013-14
