MPs debate economic impact of dualling the A11

Matthew Hancock, Conservative MP for West Suffolk, opened a debate in Westminster Hall on the economic impact on East Anglia of dualling the A11. The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport, Mike Penning, responded to the debate on behalf of the Government.
