North East Select Committee
The North East Committee covers the following local government areas: Darlington, Durham, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside, Northumberland, Redcar & Cleveland, South Tyneside, Stockton-on-Tees and Sunderland.
The remit of the Committee is to examine regional strategies and the work of regional bodies.
