Members of the House of Lords completed the third day of committee stage - line by line examination - of the Equality Bill on 19 January.
Clauses 29-79 were discussed and covered issues including: requirement to make reasonable adjustments for those with disabilities; pre-employment inquiries and their place within the recruitment process; enquiries about disability and health; disclosures about pay; equal pay; gender pay gap information; and equality representatives in the workplace.
A fourth day of committee stage is scheduled for 25 January.
