Committee looks at Forensic Science Northern Ireland

The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee holds an evidence session looking at the workings of the Forensic Service Northern Ireland. Watch live at 3pm.

- Clare Dornan, Aide to Chief Executive, Forensic Science Northern Ireland
- Brian Grzymek, Deputy Director, Criminal Justice, Northern Ireland Office
Forensic Science Northern Ireland is a Government Executive Agency within the Northern Ireland Office and is the only forensic science laboratory in Northern Ireland. 80 per cent of its work is into serious crime.
The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee looks at how the service will meet future challenges, for example preparing for the devolution of criminal and justice powers, cost and funding issues, and how it works with other organisations.
