Question on delayed and late flights from Heathrow airport

Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport, Paul Clark, answered a question from Norman Baker regarding the number of delays of flights arriving at and taking off from Heathrow airport

In addition to oral questions, MPs and Peers can ask government ministers questions for written answer. These are often used to obtain detailed information about policies and statistics on the activities of government departments.
