Minister questioned on Royal Mail strike action

21 October 2009

The Minister for Business, Innovation and Skills, Pat McFadden, made a statement in the House of Commons on planned industrial action in relation to Royal Mail and answered questions from MPs

Oral statements are made after Question Time (or at 11am on a Friday). The statements usually relate to matters of policy or government actions.

At the end of a statement MPs can respond or question the government minister on its contents.
