Coroners and Justice Bill: report stage

Members of the Lords discussed the third day of report stage of the Coroners and Justice Bill on 28 October.

Amendments (proposals for change) discussed included clauses (parts) 64-142 of the Bill.

Further line by line examination of the Bill takes place during report stage and allows Members of the Lords to revisit issues discussed previously. All suggested changes to the Bill can be discussed and votes can take place.

A fourth day of report stage takes place on 29 October.
