Members of the Lords discussed the planned introduction of identity cards and voted on a motion to regret the Government's decision to proceed with the implementation of the ID-card related regulations (statutory instruments).
The House used the motion as an opportunity to express its objection to the implementation of the regulations - 157 Members registered dissatisfaction.
