CBI speaks to Lords EU consumer rights directive inquiry

The House of Lords European Union Sub-Committee on Social Policy and Consumer Affairs takes evidence at 9.40am as part of its inquiry into the issues raised by the EU Commission's proposal for a Directive on consumer rights.

Giving evidence to the Committee are

  • Maggie Craig, Director of Consumer Strategy, the Association of British Insurers (ABI)
  • Harold Gay, Trading Law Manager, Alliance Boots,
  • Matthew Fell, Director of Company Affairs, the Confederation of British Industry (CBI)
