Suggested changes to the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill were discussed in the Lords on 17 March. Amendments suggested covered clauses 1-23 of the Bill.
Further line by line examination of the Bill takes place during report stage and allows Members to revisit issues discussed previously.
