Commons statement on Spring European Council

Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, makes statement on the recent Spring European Council in Brussels, focusing on co-operation to address the financial crisis

Oral statements are made after Question Time (or at 11.00 am on a Friday). The statements usually relate to matters of policy or government actions.

At the end of a statement, MPs can respond or question the government minister on its contents.
