Draft Corporate Manslaughter Bill: Christopher Donnellan, specialist criminal practitioner, the Law Reform Committee of the General Council of the Bar, Michael Caplan QC, Chair of Sub-committee, London Criminal Courts Solicitors' Association, and Mick Antoniw, partner, Thompsons Solicitors; and Professor Frank B Wright, Professor of Occupational Health and Safety Law, University of Salford, and Lawrence Waterman, President, and Michael Welham, Member of Council of Management, Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, gave oral evidence.
