1. Declaration of interests

Greg Mulholland stated that he had no interests to declare, pursuant to the resolution of the House of 13 July 1992.

2. Incapacity Benefit Reform and Pathways to Work inquiry

Ordered, That Professor Richard Berthoud and Kate Stanley be appointed as Specialist Advisers to assist the Committee in matters relating to its inquiry into Incapacity Benefit Reform and Pathways to Work.

Resolved, That the Committee visit Derbyshire in connection with its inquiry into Incapacity Benefit Reform and Pathways to Work.

Ordered, That those who submit memoranda in relation to the Committee's inquiry into Incapacity Benefit Reform and Pathways to Work have leave to publish them in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order No. 135(1).

3. Future programme

Resolved, That the Committee take evidence from the Pensions Commission.

4. Draft Corporate Manslaughter Bill Sub-committee

Ordered, That Professor Celia Wells and Professor Chris Clarkson be appointed as Specialist Advisers to assist the Draft Corporate Manslaughter Bill Sub-committee in matters relating to its inquiry into the Draft Corporate Manslaughter Bill.

Ordered, That several memoranda (Draft Corporate Manslaughter Bill) be reported to the House.
