The Committee's formal minutes set out:
- Which Members attended the meeting
- Decisions taken by the Committee (e.g. undertaking inquiries, appointing specialist advisers etc)
- Names of any witnesses who appeared before it
The formal minutes are normally available about a week after the meeting. At the end of the Parliamentary Session, a comprehensive volume is published.
