PUBLIC SERVICES OMBUDSMAN (WALES) BILL [HL]
The Welsh Affairs Committee of the House of Commons and the Local Government and Public Services Committee of the National Assembly for Wales will be carrying out a joint inquiry into the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Bill [HL]. The Bill establishes the Office of Public Service Ombudsman for Wales, and in doing so, abolishes the Commission for Local Administration in Wales, the offices of Welsh Administration Ombudsman, the Health Service Commissioner for Wales and the Social Housing Ombudsman for Wales.
