WELSH AFFAIRS COMMITTEE TO VISIT CEREDIGION, MID WALES

The Welsh Affairs Committee will be travelling to Ceredigion to hear evidence and visit individuals and organisations as part of its inquiry into Globalisation and its impact on Wales on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 December 2007.

The Committee will be holding an oral evidence session, open to the public, at 10.00am on Monday 3 December, at:

Main Chamber
Neuadd Cyngor
Penmorfa
Aberaeron

Witnesses:

10.00am NFU Cymru; and

Farmers’ Union of Wales

10.45am Professor Noel Lloyd, Aberystwyth University; and

Professor Robert Pearce, Lampeter

11.30am Shelter Cymru

The Committee will also be making visits to a farm in Clettwr, Food Centre Wales, Meat Promotion Wales and Rachel’s Dairy.
