Forthcoming Evidence Session
FINANCIAL REPORTING AND THE NATIONAL ACCOUNTS
The Treasury Committee will be holding an evidence session on Financial reporting and the National Accounts on:
Tuesday 4 March 2008, at 9.45 am in the Thatcher Room, Portcullis House.
The evidence session will explore issues relating to the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards, including the accounting treatment of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes. The session will also explore issues relating to the National Accounts, including the statistical classification of PFI debt, of Northern Rock and of the Bank of England.
