Publication of Sixth Special Report

Draft Special Report [Olympic Delivery Authority Response to the Third Report of the Committee, Session 2006-07: Transport for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games: The Draft Transport Plan], proposed by the Chairman, brought up, read the first and second time, and agreed to.

Resolved, That the Report be the Sixth Special Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Special Report to the House.

Ordered, That the Olympic Delivery Authority's response to the Committee's Third Report of Session 2006-07 be appended to the Report.€”(The Chairman.)

Publication of Seventh Special Report

Draft Special Report [Government Response to the Fourth Report of the Committee, Session 2006-07: Department for Transport Annual Report 2006], proposed by the Chairman, brought up, read the first and second time, and agreed to.

Resolved, That the Report be the Seventh Special Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Special Report to the House.

Ordered, That the Government's response to the Committee's Fourth Report of Session 2006-07 be appended to the Report.€”(The Chairman.)

Roads Policing and Technology: Getting the Balance Right

Ordered, That the letter from the Minister of State for Transport dated 23 April 2007 concerning the cost-effectiveness of vehicle-activated speed signs, and the Chairman's reply thereto, be published.
